Thanks so much for a great 3 night stay. I will definitely stay again. Room 4 was comfortable and clean. Quiet and I loved your little dog.... such a cutie. My niece got to see a deer on the first night because one decided to wonder into the yard. Thanks again Trisha, Karen and Miranda

We loved our quiet room at the Long Holiday Motel. We stay there every year and we are always satisfied. It is clean, neat and very relaxing. We recommend this place for anyone that wants to relax and enjoy the nature. Thank you once again!

We just returned from 3 days in the Gunnison area and each night we looked forward to our clean, quiet rooms at the Long Holiday Motel. I'd recommend this lodging to anyone. The owners obviously take great pride in their motel and its grounds.

What a delightful stay we had Oct.23/24, 2012 ! Immaculate room and bath, wonderful bedding..felt more like staying with friends in their home. Though Sofia, the owner, was regrettably in the hospital during our stay, Andy was so very helpful in making the reservation by phone..a delightful , very thorough office manager ! Truly an excellently updated '60's establishment--wonderful flatscreen TV service and complimentary internet service--even though Gunnison is a mountain community and an eraly fall storm was quickly approaching ! A real testimony to small business owners in our wonderful USA ! Will definitely return on our next trip to the Gunnison area !

We stayed at this motel Aug.23-27 when we took our daughter to college at Western State.. We really enjoyed it. Quiet, comfortable and clean. No frills, but very relaxing. Great value for our money. Good central location for our exploring the area. Would consider staying here again on another trip to Gunnison.

All can say is wow. Stayed here one night on 6/27. Rooms were delightful & very clean. Terrific price. You get so much more than what you pay for. Don't hesitate to stay here. It's a hidden gem.

A friend and I stayed here Friday night and were extremely impressed with this small "mom and pop" motel. The rooms were spotless and well-appointed. Beautiful bedding and high-quality sheets. Loved it so much I just booked another reservation for a couple of weeks from now!!! Beats the chain hotels/motels HANDS DOWN!!!

I would give a 5-star rating to this small 10-unit motel. Beautiful amenities, newly refurbished rooms, wonderful beds with high-quality sheets, VERY clean, inside and out. Zofia (the owner) is most gracious and very hard working, even cleaning all the rooms herself. I will definitely stay here again, anytime I am in the Gunnison area. Margaret from Sedona, AZ

Stayed at this motel on June 8 thorugh 10, 2011. Loved this place. Excellent prices. New rustic-style furnishings. New carpets, paint, etc. New comfortable bedding and mattresses. Immaculate interiors. Attentive service from the friendliest lady you ever met. Showers have lots of hot water and excellent water pressure. Good selection of satelite TV channels for evenings after a road trip. Quiet area. We initially intended to stay for one night on our way through the area, but decided to make it our base camp for a couple of days after being in the room for about a half hour. Positively the BEST room we rented during our 9-day trip to and through Colorado. I can't say enough about this place. If you are driving through Gunnison or want a good centralized base camp during your Colorado stay, give this charming little place a try. The owner does not provide a continental breakfast like the big oversized, overpriced corporate ratholes, but she also does not provide you with a room with filthy sheets, holes in bedspreads, cigarette burns in furniture, trickling showerheads, cockroaches or worse, or a staff that really couldn't care if you enjoyed your stay or not. However, she does provide coffee and cookies throughout the day on her "sweets table" at the front desk. Just to put a point to it, we stayed at the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park during this trip. The Stanley is an AWESOME hotel to experience, but we still felt that the Long Holiday Motel was the best place we stayed.
